Product Introduction:
The square knife gate valve developed and produced by Zhejiang Haidun is a straight stroke switch shut-off valve used in harsh working conditions. Mainly used in recycling systems, such as garbage or sand separators in pulpers, high concentration cleaning devices, or outlets for solid particle discharge from silos. This valve adopts a two-piece valve body structure, with a round mouth as the inlet and a square mouth as the outlet (larger than the inlet), so the medium will not accumulate in the valve chamber, making it very suitable for slag discharge.
Product Features:
1. Valve body
a) Two piece valve body, with a circular inlet and a square outlet, completely avoids the accumulation of medium and prevents the valve from getting stuck.
b) The bottom of the valve body channel adopts a fixed guide claw to fix the gate plate, replacing the groove design, thus avoiding the phenomenon of slag jamming caused by the accumulation of medium when the valve is closed.
2. Gate plate
a) According to the operating conditions, the thickness of the gate can be increased to withstand greater pressure.
b) The two surfaces of the gate have been finely polished to improve the sealing performance of the valve and avoid the adhesion of the medium.
c) The surface of the gate is plated with hard chromium, which increases the wear resistance of the gate.
3. Valve seat
a) The valve adopts a replaceable valve seat design (non integral seal), and only the valve seat needs to be replaced after the sealing surface wears out, which facilitates the maintenance of the valve in the later stage, prolongs the service life of the entire valve, and reduces the equipment usage cost for customers.
b) The valve seat cover isolates the valve seat from the medium in the flow channel, avoiding direct flushing of the medium on the valve seat
c) The replaceable valve seat design uses a valve seat cover to pre tighten the valve seat. When the sealing surface is not tightly sealed, adjusting the fixing screws of the valve seat cover can improve the sealing effect.
4. Other
The dual bearing design reduces the torque of the valve and facilitates its opening and closing.
